Delivery, timescales, and how returns and refunds work.
Shipping
Every order goes by Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow it to your door.
- UK — £4.95, free on orders over £40. Usually with you 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Europe — £9.95, free on orders over £100. Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- London — free hand delivery on request. Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll arrange a time with you.
Dispatch
Orders placed by 12pm (UK time), Monday to Saturday, leave our studio the same day. Orders placed later, or on a Sunday, go out on the next dispatch day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs for Europe
Orders to Europe are sent from the UK. Your local customs may charge import VAT and a handling fee on delivery — these are paid by the recipient and aren’t included in our prices.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery — Mix & match sets included.
Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll reply with the return address. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you return the whole order, we refund the original standard delivery charge too.
Damaged or faulty items
Our candles are hand-finished and packed with care. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, postage included.
